Getting Started
I just got hired, when do I start?
Your Engagement Coordinator will contact you to talk about next steps.
There are no courses showing up in RISE, what do I do?
RISE courses should appear within 48 hours of your start date. If it has been more than 48 hours contact your Engagement Coordinator for assistance.
How do I log into my RISE Training?
Follow the link below to a video showing you how to access the RISE Training:
Why can’t I move on to the next RISE Module?
Log back into the course and ensure you select the “Exit Course” button on the end. The course will not register as complete until the “Exit Course” button is clicked, and you will not be able to move to the next course.
If that has not resolved the problem, contact [email protected] and copy your Engagement Coordinator on the email.
How do I log into CADE, I don’t see the email?
When the CADE Training is assigned you will receive an email from [email protected] . First check your SPAM folder for the email.
If you cannot locate the email please contact your Engagement Coordinator and they will resend it.
Getting Paid
How do I setup my ADP, or setup my Direct Deposit in ADP?
First, check your SPAM folder. If you don’t see an email from the TROC ADP Team, contact your Engagement Coordinator and they will resend you the information.
When do I get paid?
The payroll week runs Sunday through Saturday. You will be paid weekly on the Friday following the last day of the payroll week.
I didn’t receive my paycheck, or my paycheck was incorrect, what do I do?
Notify your Team Captain immediately.
How do I check my hours?
Open your ADP app > Timecard
